• Customers have the option to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without any charge. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted once 24 hours have passed.

• If you receive a product with a quality issue or an incorrect item due to our error, you are eligible for a return and full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Returns for Other Reasons:

• If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it. However, please note that in such cases, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing:

Returns sent without contacting us first and using the correct address may result in loss for which we cannot be responsible.
